Fiorentina and Como occupy the same zero-point reality as everyone else, but their situations could not be more different. Fiorentina arrive with a squad that has been knocking on doors for two seasons without forcing them open. Como, promoted and still finding their identity in the top flight, are simply trying to stay in the conversation long enough to matter.
The Relegation Picture
Cagliari are also on zero — same as Atalanta, same as Bologna. That symmetry is brief. Cagliari have spent enough time in Serie A's lower half to know how quickly a blank table fills with bad news.
