1. The service

Scores24h (https://scores24h.com) is a sports website offering live scores, schedules, standings and editorial articles. Sports data is provided by third-party services (TheSportsDB, ESPN) and presented for informational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy.

2. Match alerts by email

When you register an account and set a 🔔 alert on a match, you subscribe to a one-off notification: we send you one email about 1 hour before that match kicks off. Each alert is unique and applies only to the match you selected. You can cancel any alert using the link included in every email.

3. Newsletter and commercial communications

By registering and accepting these terms, you also authorise us to use your email address to send you:

— Scores24h newsletters with summaries, highlights and site updates;
— promotional communications and advertising, including sports-related partner offers.

You can withdraw this consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link ("cancel all and remove my email") that deletes your address from our list immediately. You can also request removal by contacting us (section 9).

4. Data we store

For alerts and newsletters we store: your email address, the matches you set alerts for, your consent choices and the date/time you gave them. We do not sell your data to third parties. Email delivery is processed by Brevo, acting as a data processor. The site also uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense (analytics and advertising cookies) and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

5. Legal basis

The processing of your email address is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 7 LGPD), given at the time of registration. We keep a record of that consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, use the unsubscribe links in our emails or contact us. Alert data for matches already played is automatically deleted 2 days after the match.

7. Content and liability

Match times can change without notice (postponements, schedule changes); alerts are based on the information available at the time and may not reflect last-minute changes. Scores24h is not liable for decisions made based on the information presented.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your email only apply with renewed consent.
